These terms describe how Norma's Cleaning & Janitorial quotes, schedules and performs work. Hiring us for a cleaning means agreeing to the basics below.
Estimates are free and are based on what we can see when we visit. If the job turns out to be bigger than what was visible — heavy buildup behind an appliance, a unit left in worse shape than described, extra construction dust — we tell you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.
We show up when we say we will. For the cleaning to go smoothly we need a way in — someone home, a key, a code or a lockbox — and water and power on at the property. If a time needs to move on either side, you hear it from us first and we set the next available date.
We treat your home or office like it is ours — careful with surfaces, finishes and anything fragile. Tell us at the estimate about anything delicate or special, like a stone counter, a hardwood floor, a pet in the house or a surface that needs a specific product.
The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger jobs are discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
